This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Accountable for the installation and upkeep of our products in a safe, timely, and precise manner.
• Achieve and manage operational objectives and deadlines, including service labor per hour, first-time-right metrics, and 5S standards.
• Adhere to internal processes and procedures as well as comply with all local and federal regulations, including DOT, OSHA, and HACCP.
• Ensure appropriate parts and supply inventory in company service vehicles and maintain proper documentation standards.
• Engage with customers to guarantee that product performance aligns with their expectations.
• Deliver efficient and professional service to customers, providing training and coaching on the system as required.
• Utilize iPhone applications to execute various functions related to the role (parts management, customer notes, clocking in/out).
• The position may involve night installation work; the schedule will fluctuate based on customer requirements and the installation timetable.
• Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or its equivalent is required.
• Capability to work effectively within a team setting.
• Proficient in resolving customer issues related to installation and service.
• Ability to perform basic mechanical and/or electrical tasks.
• Strong customer orientation and the ability to positively address challenging customer situations.
• Must comply with Restaurant Technologies’ Fleet Safety standards and maintain a clean driving record.
• Capability to lift 50 pounds manually.
• Unrestricted ability to bend, stoop, squat, stand, walk, climb, twist, turn, and reach out.
• Ability to ascend and descend a ladder up to 20 feet high.
