Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Travel to client locations, both within and outside the Massachusetts area, to carry out maintenance services.

• Execute a range of maintenance services, such as Food and Beverage Equipment Services, HVAC Coil Cleaning, Pressure Washing, and General Facility Maintenance.

• Provide support with site supervision, furniture removal/installation, and commercial painting as required.

• Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and PPE guidelines.

• Prioritize customer requirements while effectively managing workload independently.

• Comply with OSHA ladder safety standards and work confidently at elevated heights.

• Utilize company technology for work orders, reporting, and communication purposes.

• Foster strong customer relationships and consistently provide A+ customer service.

• Ensure organization and maintenance of tools, equipment, vehicles, and warehouses.

• Operate and maintain a company vehicle while adhering to safety performance standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Willingness to travel overnight across the nation (100% travel required).

• Minimum age of 25 (due to insurance stipulations).

• Possession of a valid state driver’s license (subject to ongoing review).

• Capability to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly.

• Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Ability to safely operate on ladders (must weigh under 275 lbs).

• Must be able to pass a background check, MVR, and drug screening.

• Availability to travel for up to 2 weeks at a time.

• Readiness to assist with additional tasks as business demands change.
