Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Execute corrective and preventive maintenance services for clients.

• Present the company’s services and products to customers.

• Serve as a positive ambassador for the organization.

• Plan and conduct service in a business-like manner.

• Report time and material usage after completing work.

• Provide product and operational training to clients.

• Act as an advisor to technicians, customer service, sales teams, and partners.

• Participate in the company’s training sessions, kick-offs, and other meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid BE driving license.

• Proficiency in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.

• High school diploma or higher education in electrical engineering, telecommunications, IT, or mechanical engineering.

• Strong IT skills.
