This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

• Collaborate with dentists and team members to install equipment for customers.

• Set up equipment according to the specifications outlined in customer-approved drawings.

• Utilize tools for assembly, repair, electrical wiring, plumbing, and more.

• Verify the proper functioning of equipment by checking for leaks, noises, and other operational issues.

• Install dental equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications and pre-installed services from other providers.

• Complete installations to the highest standards within the designated timeframe.

• Integrate secondary devices into both new and existing equipment.

• Adhere to all installation guidelines to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

• Demonstrate the installed equipment to ensure customers understand and are satisfied with its operation.

• Leave the job site clean and organized whenever possible.

• Represent the company positively at all times to encourage repeat business from customers.

• Communicate effectively with the Installation Supervisor, Sales Representative, and customers to address any uncertainties.

• Keep detailed records of installations, company equipment, tools, vehicle, and phone usage.

• Perform cabinetry modifications and warranty work as per manufacturer guidelines.

• At least 3 years of experience in electrical work.

• Certification in Electrical Installation that includes practical experience.

• Basic skills in numeracy and literacy.

• Proficient understanding of hydraulics, mechanical and electrical systems, x-rays, as well as air and water systems.

• Excellent interpersonal skills for customer interactions.
