Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Carry out on-site installation, initiation, and commissioning of automation and materials-handling systems.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control-related problems.

• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections as required.

• Maintain accurate records of service activities and hours worked.

⛳️ Requirements

• Provide hands-on field service assistance for MHM Automation equipment.

• Responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment.

• Offer technical support and training to customers.

• Willingness to travel extensively to customer locations.

• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

• Work collaboratively with After Sales, Engineering, and HR teams.
