This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Deliver expert technical support and training for scientific products and solutions.
β’ Collaborate with researchers and clinicians to enhance vital work in fields such as cancer research, diagnostics, and environmental protection.
β’ Work alongside international teams to address complex scientific challenges.
β’ Ensure the optimal application of innovative technologies in advancing scientific endeavors.
β’ An advanced degree with no prior experience, or a bachelor's degree accompanied by 2 years of practical laboratory experience in relevant scientific techniques.
β’ Preferred fields of study include Life Sciences, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
β’ Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist/Clinical Laboratory Scientist is preferred for clinical diagnostic roles.
β’ Strong scientific proficiency in one or more core areas: molecular biology, cell culture, protein analysis, clinical diagnostics, or analytical chemistry.
β’ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for delivering technical support.
β’ Demonstrated ability to swiftly grasp complex scientific and technical information.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
β’ Proficiency in CRM systems and standard office software applications.
β’ Fluent English is required; additional language skills are highly regarded.
β’ A customer service-oriented mindset with the capability to clearly explain complex concepts.
β’ Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
β’ Capability to work both independently and in a collaborative team setting.
β’ May require travel of up to 10-30% based on the position.
