This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Responsible for contract sales.
• Develop a comprehensive business development plan.
• Set and achieve targets to expand the Service Business unit to enhance volume and profitability.
• Promote and sell LabScape Service Agreements, upgrades, and other aftermarket products to both existing and new customers across EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa).
• Oversee the maintenance and growth of the Service Contract business for all product categories within General Purpose Instruments in the designated sales territory.
• Assess needs and negotiate contracts directly with key accounts or indirectly with third-party service providers, adhering to the chart of authority.
• Foster and develop customer relationships, ensuring Bruker is recognized as a long-term business partner.
• Support instrument sales by nurturing effective customer relationships through valued service products.
• Create proposals for sales campaigns targeting specific service products and markets/customers, aligning these campaigns with the Service, Marcom, and Product Management leadership prior to execution.
• Track industry changes or developments and report findings to management.
• Document activities in our CRM system.
• Provide administrative support to customers and the field service team, including responding to pricing inquiries, generating quotations, and maintaining the customer database.
• Offer phone support to customers.
• Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure timely billing and collections.
• Perform other duties as assigned that align with the above and key objectives.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
• Preferred experience in contract sales.
• Driven by success, demonstrating tenacity and self-motivation with enthusiasm, initiative, and a focus on achieving positive results.
• Possess an outgoing and personable demeanor with a high level of integrity.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels.
• Preferred experience in order processing.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Proficient in computer skills for document creation, presentation preparation, and report writing.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in both English and French; proficiency in German is a significant advantage.
