This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Sales through contracts
• Develop a business development strategy.
• Set and meet targets to enhance the Service Business unit, maximizing both volume and profitability.
• Market and sell LabScape Service Agreements, upgrades, and additional aftermarket products to both existing and new clients within the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, Africa).
• Oversee the maintenance and expansion of the Service Contract business for all product categories in General Purpose Instruments within the designated sales territory.
• Assess customer needs and negotiate contracts directly with key accounts or indirectly through 3rd Party Service Providers, adhering to the chart of authority.
• Cultivate existing and forge new customer relationships, positioning Bruker as a long-term business partner.
• Support instrument sales by nurturing and developing strong customer relationships through valued service offerings.
• Create proposals for sales campaigns targeting specific service products and markets/customers, coordinating with Service, Marcom, and Product Management leadership prior to execution.
• Monitor industry changes or advancements and report findings to management.
• Document activities within our CRM software.
• Provide administrative assistance to customers and the field service team, including responding to pricing inquiries, generating quotations, and maintaining the customer database.
• Offer phone support to customers.
• Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure timely billing and collections.
• Minimum of 2 years sales experience.
• Preferred experience in contract sales.
• Driven and self-motivated, with a passion for success, enthusiasm, and initiative focused on achieving positive results.
• A friendly and approachable personality characterized by a high level of personal integrity.
• Capability to work collaboratively with individuals at all levels.
• Preferably possess order processing experience.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM system is advantageous.
• Proficient in computer skills for document preparation, presentations, and report writing.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English and French; proficiency in German is a significant advantage.
