This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Responsible for providing sales support for services to field sales teams, acting as the liaison for deal support.
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Siebel and all related processes within the Account Team.
• Manage and provide quotes, addendums, contracts, customer support/liaison, invoicing resolution escalations, research, and customer meetings.
• Collaborate with Service Delivery teams and customers to meet commitments and resolve issues.
• Act as the primary contact and liaison for internal teams, including Service Sales, Marketing, Finance, etc.
• Ensure timely and high-quality processing of quotes and contracts to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the execution of customer quoting, including both budgetary and contractual quotes.
• Create contract packages as needed, including addendums and revisions.
• Submit risk and Emptoris cases and take ownership of escalation resolutions.
• Support updates to SFDC and provide necessary reporting for variable compensation and collections issues.
• Track field submissions and achieve targeted SLA's for resolution based on activity type.
• Handle inbound calls and email requests related to customer service agreements and invoicing resolutions.
• BA or BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong emphasis on customer care and satisfaction.
• Proven capability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and commitments.
• Exceptional organizational, project management, and time management skills.
