This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Formulate and implement a thorough sales enablement strategy that aligns with commercial goals.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership to pinpoint performance deficiencies and enablement prospects.
• Develop initiatives that enhance sales productivity, efficiency, and revenue generation.
• Design, execute, and refine onboarding programs for newly hired sales personnel.
• Create and sustain detailed training curricula, learning pathways, and certification initiatives.
• Conduct instructor-led, virtual, and field-based training sessions.
• Oversee training schedules, logistics, communications, and program implementation.
• Develop and maintain sales playbooks, competitive intelligence tools, objection-handling resources, and customer-facing materials.
• Guarantee that field teams have access to up-to-date product, clinical, competitive, and market insights.
• Convert marketing messages into actionable sales dialogues and customer engagement resources.
• Create quarterly training sessions centered on sales techniques, product knowledge, clinical education, and competitive placement.
• Initiate continuous learning programs to foster professional growth and commercial excellence.
• Promote the adoption of best practices throughout the sales team.
• Accompany field representatives to evaluate execution and uncover coaching possibilities.
• Deliver direct feedback and suggestions to enhance customer interactions and sales outcomes.
• Collaborate with sales managers to reinforce training and coaching efforts.
• Leverage CRM and LMS platforms to monitor training completion, effectiveness, and sales performance indicators.
• Set KPIs to assess training effectiveness, onboarding success, and productivity enhancements.
• Analyze performance metrics and modify programs as needed.
• Work with Marketing to ensure uniform messaging and field preparedness.
• Partner with Product, Clinical Affairs, and Sales Leadership to aid product launches and strategic projects.
• Act as the primary enablement liaison across all commercial functions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related discipline.
• Over 7 years of progressive experience in sales enablement, sales training, sales leadership, or roles in commercial excellence.
• Proven success in designing and delivering effective sales training programs.
• Experience in developing onboarding materials, certification programs, and sales methodologies.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in healthcare, medical devices, diagnostics, biotechnology, or related fields.
• Familiarity with CRM and LMS platforms is essential.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, presentation, and communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel approximately 60%.
