Service Sales Manager, Southern Germany

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will design and execute sales strategies aimed at significantly enhancing E.Group's maintenance sector and generating retrofit orders arising from maintenance contracts.

• You will transform E.Group's project clientele into service customers.

• You will collaborate with internal teams to create customized, client-specific solutions.

• For standard solutions, you will independently devise and estimate project costs.

• You will prepare proposals and presentations for both potential and current customers, and deliver them to clients.

• You will identify and pursue new business opportunities among targeted customers.

• You will work from the target customer list established in collaboration with the CSO and convert these target customers into key accounts.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a Meister or technician certification, or hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.

• You can showcase a track record of success in technical sales and maintain an excellent professional network.

• You have several years of experience in strategic sales.

• You possess strong knowledge in services (maintenance, servicing, SLAs) related to electrical systems.

• You are an assertive, solution-oriented team leader with a consistent focus on achieving targets.
