This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts, +1 more state.
• Leverage B2B / B2C sales expertise to enhance lead generation, qualification, and sales of service contracts for both new and existing clients.
• Cultivate and nurture positive relationships with customers within a designated geographic region, focusing on new account acquisition while maintaining active connections with the current client base.
• Create and execute plans, processes, and strategies aimed at enhancing customer service and boosting service revenue by increasing service call volume.
• Provide and take responsibility for forecasts and defined annual sales objectives for service contracts.
• Keep current on technical product knowledge, general sales techniques, market trends, and daily sales activities.
• Collaborate closely with the local branch operations team to present service proposals to customers, negotiate pricing, and finalize time and material sales.
• Partner with the Allegion Regional Sales Office (RSO) to foster relationships and discuss end-user leads that enhance profitability across Allegion brands.
• Willingness to travel (+/-30%) within an assigned geographic area is necessary.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in field-based sales or account management.
• Valid state driver's license with no restrictions and reliable transportation.
• Capability to work remotely.
• Must reside within the designated territory.
• Exceptional interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with effective presentation skills for both internal and external audiences.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience with Salesforce.com (SFDC).
• Competent in MS Office and other standard workplace applications.
• Possession of an actionable contact list of decision-makers.
• Proven history of successfully building a pipeline and securing business.
• Open to coaching and exhibiting a highly enthusiastic mindset.
