Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Deliver effective technical services to enhance product application at customer locations, ensuring high levels of account satisfaction and retention.

• Oversee a diverse range of customers within a designated region that utilize various product lines.

• Provide assistance, information, and support to clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction.

• Consistently service DuBois equipment through repairs, replacements, installations, chemical testing, inventory management, and delivering personalized value-added service to customers.

• Capable of reporting, documenting, and communicating findings, as well as identifying abnormal conditions and providing recommendations.

• Exhibit strong technical skills by resolving customers' technical issues and aiding in process improvements.

• Effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and other cross-functional support staff.

• Learn and assist with DuBois eTools, System Surveys, and Cost Calculators.

• Accurately input all pertinent information into Analytics or an equivalent data collection system, including chemical test results, meter/setpoint readings, inventory level/dosage rate data, GPS location, and service time.

• Travel to designated customers to conduct service audits.

• Must be capable of performing the essential functions of this role with or without reasonable accommodations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in mechanical, chemical, or industrial fields.

• Preferred mechanical aptitude in electrical systems and pipefitting.

• Strong time management abilities with a keen attention to detail.

• Understanding of the products and services provided by the company.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in conducting technical/mechanical testing on-site.

• Ability to adapt to varying customer needs and situations.

• Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Products, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, and other analytical tools.

• Willingness to travel up to 25%, including overnight trips.
