
Service Network Area Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Reporting to the Regional General Manager, the Area Manager is responsible for overseeing members of our independent service network.
• Continuously seeks to enhance the skills and service delivery within the designated territories (East, Central, and West Region).
• Accountable for closely monitoring financial performance and customer satisfaction in the area.
• Acts as the primary liaison between Cinch Home Services and the independent member network.
• Regularly evaluates network financials, service delivery, and coverage for the assigned territories.
• Documents strategic initiatives aimed at continually improving metrics related to territory financials and service delivery.
• Develops, implements, and monitors strategies to achieve positive business outcomes.
• Frequently visits or contacts territory service providers to strengthen business relationships.
• Utilizes the available reporting suite and audits aggregates of claims to pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Provides and obtains consistent feedback to service providers and facilitates process enhancements.
• Conducts sales training as needed, focusing on point-of-need and ancillary service offerings.
• Serves as a liaison between Cinch Home Services and the assigned service providers.
• Aids in claims escalations.
• Assists in the onboarding and initial training of service providers.
• Reviews Service Provider Membership Applications to ensure compliance is up to date.
• A four-year degree and/or certification/licensing in a commercial or residential service trade.
• Knowledge of parts and components related to residential HVAC, Plumbing, and/or Electrical systems, including price points.
• Over three years of prior management experience with a focus on business-to-business relations.
• More than three years of experience in a coaching and development role.
• Demonstrated experience in managing or collaborating with field service trades.
• Capability to analyze large volumes of data and draw logical conclusions.
• Ability to perform effectively amidst varying workloads and priorities.
• Proficient in articulating ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
• Competence in reading, understanding, and summarizing contract language, such as service provider or home warranty agreements.
• Willingness to travel 25% or more within the assigned area.
• Basic computer skills, internet proficiency, and familiarity with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access).
