Service Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Assist Our Premier Clients: Serve as the primary contact for a select group of essential partners. Address escalations and aid in resolving their most challenging issues.

• Monitor Progress: Oversee ongoing cases in our CRM to ensure nothing is overlooked. Intervene promptly if any issues arise that require attention.

• Maintain Communication: Provide regular updates to clients and check in to ensure they are satisfied with the progress.

• Analyze Performance: Utilize tools like Tableau and SQL to track service metrics and prepare comprehensive reports.

• Advocate for Clients: Participate in client meetings, understand their needs, and ensure their perspectives are represented internally.

• Collaborate Effectively: Work alongside operations, support, and technical teams to enhance service delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Advanced command of English and Hebrew – fluency in both spoken and written forms is essential.

• Tool Proficiency: Comfortable using data and tools such as CRM systems and dashboards.

• Quick Learner: Ability to absorb new information rapidly and maintain a results-oriented focus.

• Multi-Tasking Skills: Proficient in managing multiple responsibilities and handling stress effectively.

• Empathy: A strong sense of empathy is crucial.

• Experience in Travel Industry: Familiarity with travel, concierge agencies, TMCs, DMCs, or tour operators is beneficial! Background in account or service management (especially B2B) is a plus!
