This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the daily operations of the electrical service department.
• Organize service calls, technician schedules, and job assignments.
• Ensure that service work is completed punctually, remains within scope, and adheres to quality standards.
• Maintain regular communication with technicians to monitor job progress and address any issues.
• Assist technicians in diagnosing electrical problems when necessary.
• Oversee and support service electricians and apprentices.
• Provide direction, training, and mentorship to field personnel.
• Uphold company policies, safety protocols, and job site standards.
• Foster strong relationships with property managers, facility managers, and commercial clients.
• Review service requests to ensure that technicians are equipped with the necessary materials and information before arriving on-site.
• Advocate for and enforce company safety policies and OSHA standards.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in the electrical industry.
• At least 3 years in a leadership, foreman, or supervisory capacity is preferred.
• Solid experience in commercial electrical service work.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial electrical systems.
• Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Familiarity with the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Understanding of job site safety practices.
• Indian Preference Exercised.
• Preference will be given to individuals as required under Section 22-2-4(B).
