Service Manager – Agile

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Monitor the progress of sprints and planned tasks.

• Ensure adherence to deadlines and commitments established with the client.

• Identify potential blockers or stoppages and coordinate their resolution.

• Track the advancement of the teams.

• Keep project information and status updated in Jira.

• Organize and coordinate follow-up meetings.

• Manage the technical needs and potential gaps of the teams.

• Arrange on-call duties, vacations, and team members' availability.

• Serve as a point of contact between technical teams, the client, and various involved areas.

• Identify potential risks and suggest improvement actions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience as an Agilist, Scrum Master, Service Manager, or in similar roles.

• Experience in monitoring sprints and technical teams.

• Essential knowledge of Jira.

• Ability to manage multiple teams and services simultaneously.

• Experience in handling blockages, risks, and committed deadlines.

• Strong organizational, planning, and tracking skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients.

• Ability to work with technical teams and understand their needs.

• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies (desirable).

• Experience in IT sector projects or services (desirable).

• Experience in organizing on-call duties, vacations, and team planning (desirable).

• Ability to propose improvements in processes and team workflows (desirable).
