This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership and lead the establishment of all service requirements across products, features, and programs.
• Oversee the design of comprehensive service delivery models, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and ready for customer implementation.
• Manage the entire service design lifecycle, from initial concept through to validation, launch, and operational handover.
• Define and govern Customer Acceptance Test Plans for new features and design modifications.
• Deliver reliable cost models and delivery estimates to aid in sales, quoting, and business strategy.
• Lead and coordinate service design initiatives and projects, which include: planning and prioritization, resource alignment, and stakeholder management.
• Ensure a smooth transition to operations, encompassing validation, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
• Promote the standardization of service packages and deployment models across various regions.
• Continuously enhance service efficiency, quality, and profitability by leveraging field feedback and performance insights.
• Demonstrated experience in service design, service management, or technical delivery leadership.
• Strong project management capabilities, including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination.
• Comprehensive understanding of service lifecycle management (e.g., ITIL).
• Knowledge of cost modeling and service economics.
• Familiarity with operational readiness and deployment processes.
• Proven capacity to collaborate across cross-functional teams (R&D, Product Management, Services, Operations).
• Solid grasp of contemporary IT technologies and cloud-based architectures.
• Experience in healthcare or medical software settings.
• Strong analytical thinking and decision-making abilities.
