This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• Assist in defining all service requirements for products and features.
• Participate in designing service delivery models, ensuring solutions can be efficiently installed, supported, and maintained.
• Maintain and update tools for service costing and planning, including detailed Excel-based models (e.g., WBS structures).
• Prepare for service validation and readiness activities, which encompass transition plans, service documentation, and knowledge transfer.
• Aid in defining and maintaining Customer Acceptance Test Plans for new features and modifications.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and service teams to ensure alignment throughout the lifecycle.
• Assist in standardizing and enhancing service packages utilized for quoting and project planning.
• Monitor feedback from field implementations and contribute to ongoing improvements.
• Initial experience or a strong interest in service design, IT services, or technical delivery environments.
• Exceptional Excel skills, which include working with structured templates (e.g., WBS, effort calculations), updating cost and effort models, and managing data consistency and accuracy.
• Good understanding of service lifecycle management (e.g., ITIL).
• Solid comprehension of modern IT technologies and cloud-based architectures.
• Experience in healthcare or medical software environments is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Keen attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
