Research Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Developing and maintaining a robust and scalable data management system tailored for text-to-speech initiatives, which includes setting standards for versioning and ensuring data integrity.

• Creating an efficient workflow for independently training, evaluating, and deploying text-to-speech models, incorporating methods for adaptive learning and routines for updating validation datasets.

• Exploring innovative techniques and methodologies in machine learning, deep learning, and algorithms related to text-to-speech technology.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of professional experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, particularly focused on building data pipelines and developing and deploying machine learning models.

• Ability to independently assess new ideas or improve existing machine learning projects, potentially leading to contributions in published research.

• Strong experience in conducting exploratory research to improve the quality of collected data, especially in the fields of audio and text-to-speech.
