Senior Machine Learning Research Engineer – Benchmarking, Paper Replication

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Investigate, replicate, assess, and authenticate machine learning methodologies.

• Operate within a research and development / proof of concept environment.

• Collaborate closely with AI engineers and machine learning researchers.

• Assess model performance and prepare ground truth datasets.

• Practical experience in machine learning research or applied research initiatives.

• Familiarity with reading scientific and academic papers on machine learning.

• Ability to analyze academic literature and troubleshoot open-source projects.

• Experience in identifying, curating, and developing benchmark datasets.

• Proficient in Python programming.

• Strong grasp of model evaluation techniques and metrics.

• Comfortable operating within computational constraints.
