This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +3 more states.
• Oversee and manage the governance cadence for EMEA, which includes Quarterly Business Reviews, service review meetings, governance forums, and operational dashboards.
• Generate governance reports, prepare meeting materials, and compile performance summaries for internal stakeholders.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of governance activities.
• Monitor Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators across regional services.
• Identify performance trends, flag potential risks, and escalate any SLA breaches.
• Maintain governance dashboards and offer regular updates to leadership.
• Track operational issues, risks, and escalations until they are resolved.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure follow-up and closure of action items.
• Keep records of governance decisions, issues, and mitigation strategies.
• Assist in root cause analysis for recurring operational challenges.
• Recognize opportunities for enhancing governance processes, reporting, and service delivery.
• Contribute to regional initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and service quality.
• Establish strong working relationships with regional operational teams and business stakeholders.
• Organize governance meetings and ensure that follow-up actions are executed.
• Deliver precise governance reporting and operational insights to leadership.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• 4–6 years of experience in Service Delivery, Service Governance, Operations, PMO, Business Operations, or a comparable role.
• Proven experience in coordinating governance meetings, reporting, and operational reviews.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret operational data and discern trends.
• Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities and adhere to recurring reporting deadlines.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and various reporting tools.
• Familiarity with service management or governance platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira, Monday.com, or similar tools.
• Exposure to shared services, professional services, HR services, payroll, or global business operations.
• Knowledge of SLA management, KPI reporting, and governance best practices.
• Experience working in a multinational or global organization.
