This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage all clinical operations and act as the client advocate for Access TeleCare’s Neurology programs.
• Foster strong relationships with client stakeholders.
• Design clinician workflows.
• Assist in the implementation of new programs.
• Develop action plans to enhance service performance.
• Collaborate with clinicians to promote clinical excellence.
• Act as the clinical contact for practice-related concerns at partner locations.
• Maintain a working relationship with individual providers to address clinical workflow or practice challenges.
• Cultivate and sustain positive working relationships with clinical staff at partner facilities.
• Analyze and deliver reports on healthcare processes and patient outcomes.
• Organize performance improvement initiatives targeting specific patient services or organizational quality goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing is mandatory.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the healthcare sector.
• Previous experience in a charge nurse or nurse supervisor role is preferred.
• Proficiency in navigating multiple EMR systems is essential.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel for data analysis.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with the ability to demonstrate empathy while interacting with patients and their families.
• Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
• Understanding of standard clinical procedures, laws, and regulations is necessary.
• Comprehensive knowledge of medical terminology.
• Capacity to work independently while also being an effective team member.
• Ability to excel in a rapidly growing, fast-paced organization in a fully remote setting.
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position for 50% of the time.
• Occasional travel for meetings and collaborative efforts is required.
