Global Study Manager, Hematology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Oversee the operations of clinical trials, ensuring that your team and stakeholders achieve high-quality results across our clinical programs.

• Concentrate on the coordination of clinical trial management delivery, addressing challenges, and enhancing team capabilities.

• Supervise the clinical budget to guarantee optimal resource distribution.

• Create monitoring plans and tools to facilitate effective oversight of studies.

• Educate and mentor Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) to maximize their effectiveness.

• Propel enrollment efforts and guide study initiation activities, adhering to established timelines.

• Examine trip reports and execute corrective and preventive action plans as needed.

• Cultivate strong relationships with Sponsors, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 4+ years of experience in a Clinical Trial Management role within a CRO or Pharmaceutical company.

• A Bachelor's degree in health, life sciences, or a related field of study.

• Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in clinical trial management.

• Preferred 2+ years of monitoring experience.

• Advantageous experience in managing complex or global trials (preferred).

• Experience overseeing all trial components from initiation to database lock is preferred.

• Background in coaching or mentoring other CTMs, leading a team of CTMs, and engaging in departmental initiatives is preferred.

• Availability to travel as needed (approximately 25%).
