Assessments Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the implementation, quality assurance, and ongoing enhancement of the assessment lifecycle

• Provides daily leadership for the assessment delivery process

• Guarantees standardized and timely execution of tasks

• Collaborates across functions to achieve high-quality, client-ready results

• Must possess a keen eye for detail and enjoy producing reports, graphs, and spreadsheets

• Capable of establishing and nurturing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders

• Offers suggestions and insights for enhancing the assessment process

⛳️ Requirements

• 4 years of education/ Bachelor's Degree

• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare and/or hospital revenue, with a preference for Acute hospital experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Familiarity with AI

• Knowledge of Visio

• Skills in Public Speaking

• Experience in Project Management

• Strong Leadership abilities

• Excellent Customer Service skills
