• Ensure that the response and turnaround times for assigned calls are consistently met.
• Complete all scheduled PM tasks in a timely manner.
• Plan and implement all assigned I & C and demonstration activities.
• Foster strong relationships with customers to improve satisfaction levels.
• Generate leads through customer interactions and relay them to the Marketing Teams.
• Achieve service sales goals to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Maintain discipline in using CRM tools such as Service Max and SFDC.
• 3-4 years of experience with a diploma or equivalent degree, preferably with experience in Hach or similar products.
• Willingness to relocate across India based on job and company priorities.
• Openness to travel as needed.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate across diverse cultures, locations, and business teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Experience with the Copilot AI tool is a plus.
• Proactive and action-oriented with a keen attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with a drive for business growth in a dynamic market.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for developing innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and sustaining customer relationships.
