Continuous Improvement Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Implement productivity initiatives to achieve the long-term strategic goals for Doors by collaborating with both internal and external resources.

• Encourage teamwork across various functions to enhance outcomes.

• Develop our operational capabilities to fulfill customer demands and ensure consistency in equipment and process standards throughout the network.

• Collaborate closely with operations, stable ops, and supply chain to pinpoint opportunities and effectively implement changes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 5 years of experience with a proven track record in executing improvement projects, ideally within high-volume manufacturing environments.

• More than 5 years of experience in Operations Management, OpEx, Continuous Improvement, or a related area.

• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, TPS, Kaizen, and/or other continuous improvement methodologies.
