Release Train Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead PI planning sessions and Agile ceremonies.

• Manage dependencies between various teams.

• Eliminate obstacles and promote ongoing improvement.

• Foster alignment between business strategy and ART implementation.

• Ensure adherence to Agile/SAFe methodologies.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline OR two (2) additional years of IT experience in lieu of a degree.

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE), Product Manager, Product Owner, or Scrum Master.

• At least one (1) year of experience as an RTE supporting enterprise Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) applications.

• Proven experience in facilitating PI Planning and essential Agile/SAFe ceremonies.

• Capability to manage dependencies across multiple Agile teams.

• Strong aptitude for identifying and resolving impediments to team progress.

• Experience in driving continuous improvement within an Agile Release Train.

• Knowledge of and experience applying Agile and SAFe principles.

• Ability to align ART execution with business and mission objectives.

• Experience in supporting enterprise COTS applications in an Agile setting.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for engaging with cross-functional teams.

• Must possess an ACTIVE Top-Secret Clearance, with either an SCI or SCI eligibility.
