This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver remote technical assistance and diagnostics to healthcare clients and field partners.
• Provide prompt and precise troubleshooting support as a representative of Philips.
• Address service challenges utilizing internal tools, systems, and knowledge resources.
• Elevate complex product issues to higher-level support when necessary.
• Leverage remote capabilities to effectively resolve issues and minimize the need for onsite service dispatch.
• Over 5 years of experience with Philips imaging systems.
• At least 1 year of experience with structured query language and Windows servers.
• Proficient in computer networking.
• Competence in authoring technical solutions.
• Capability to resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
• An associate degree or higher in a technical field is preferred.
• Must be capable of meeting the minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.
