Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Offer technical guidance and field-service engineering assistance to both clients and internal teams.

• Aid in the commissioning, installation, testing, troubleshooting, and enhancement of Munters products and equipment.

• Detect and resolve issues related to start-up, operation, performance, reliability, or serviceability.

• Suggest improvements in products, equipment, processes, or services that align with customer requirements and Munters standards.

• Build constructive relationships with customers that facilitate safe delivery, problem resolution, and future business opportunities.

• Record technical insights, service activities, lessons learned, and areas for improvement.

• A solid technical engineering background with the capability to diagnose, clarify, and resolve customer and equipment challenges.

• Competence to operate safely and methodically in field, customer, and project settings.

• Strong customer-facing communication skills with the ability to convert technical insights into actionable recommendations.

• Organized documentation, reporting, and collaboration with service, sales, product, and engineering teams.

• Educational background generally aligned with: University degree, Specialized training.

• Relevant professional experience typically ranges from 2 to 4 years.
