This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Respond to incoming calls, providing prompt, friendly, and professional assistance.
• Diagnose issues independently or work with internal teams to facilitate resolutions.
• Keep customers updated with clear, confident, and timely information.
• Document, prioritize, and manage tickets in ConnectWise, ensuring complete ownership until resolution.
