This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.
β’ Deliver first-level customer service support for various platforms including Microsoft Office, customer-specific software applications, laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
β’ Clearly and accurately identify and document customer issues.
β’ Escalate unresolved tickets to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
β’ Ensure accurate documentation of every customer call.
β’ Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication, patience, and empathy.
β’ High School diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).
β’ Must have a hard-wired connection to the router.
β’ Prior experience in a customer service or technical support capacity.
β’ Previous experience in a call center environment.
β’ Basic understanding of PC operations and desktop applications.
β’ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
β’ Capability to multitask and solve problems in a dynamic environment.
β’ Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor in challenging situations.
β’ Adaptability and self-motivation when working remotely.
β’ Strong customer empathy, patience, and dedication to providing high-quality service.
β’ Preferred but not mandatory: Experience with My Pres and My Chart.
β’ Familiarity with medical terminology.
β’ Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
