This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Assist in visioning and concept development initiatives by engaging in user research, analysis and synthesis, concept ideation, prototyping and testing, as well as implementation planning.
• Play a role in designing and delivering essential components that communicate our work, such as service blueprints, low- and mid-fidelity prototypes, frameworks, concept illustrations, and presentation slides.
• Work in partnership with UX/UI designers, product teams, marketing, and operations to ensure a smooth integration between digital tools and offline interactions.
• Exhibit strong listening skills and contribute thoughtfully to discussions with business stakeholders and channel partner teams, enhancing our capacity for effective cross-enterprise collaboration.
• Remain knowledgeable about industry trends in health insurance, digital health, and best practices in service design.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Human-Centered Design (HCD), or a related discipline.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in the industry.
• A portfolio showcasing essential skills in journey mapping, user research, prototyping, information design, and/or illustration.
• Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Lucid/Miro, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite.
