Service Delivery Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Collaborate and engage with Solventum Sales Teams and clients to ensure effective communication.

• Oversee relationships with designated health systems throughout their lifecycle.

• Work with various departments to prioritize and address client concerns.

• Support clients in utilizing analytics and reporting tools effectively.

• Encourage customer involvement in KLAS with targeted performance scores.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution AND seven (7) years of experience in healthcare software and/or healthcare operations.

• High School Diploma/GED combined with eleven (11) years of experience in healthcare software and/or healthcare operations.

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in account/project management.

• At least three (3) years of direct client relationship management, including interactions at the executive level.

• Two (2) years of experience using ServiceNow.

• Two (2) years of experience in data and analytics reporting.

• Credentialed as a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) or Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT), or possess equivalent work experience.
