Service Delivery Manager, m/w/d

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Support changes to services as part of the change management process

• Coordinate activities to maintain IT operations and serve as the central point of contact for operational matters

• Develop service offerings for managed service clients

• Document and report compliance with agreed-upon service level agreements

• Conduct regular service meetings with clients to ensure the achievement of the agreed SLAs

• Provide customer-specific service operation documentation for operational processes

• Measure and report internal KPIs and OLAs

• Act as the primary escalation point in incident management for clients

• Manage the capacities of the client systems under your care

• Completed training as an IT specialist, business informatics professional, or a commercial/technical education with experience in the IT environment

• Knowledge in the managed services sector

• Customer-oriented, confident, and friendly demeanor

• Practical experience in operational IT processes

• Enjoyment of technical issues and collaboration with people

• Team spirit, initiative, and flexibility

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Proficient in commonly used MS Office programs
