This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee the complete service delivery process for the UFSS platform, guaranteeing uptime, performance, adherence to contracts, and compliance with SLAs.
• Lead the team in effectively addressing and managing all incidents, problems, and changes, emphasizing swift recovery and the elimination of root causes.
• Handle Service Delivery change initiatives as per the agreements with your designated clients.
• Serve as the main Service Delivery point of contact for senior banking stakeholders, providing proactive updates and clear reports delivered within established timelines.
• Assist in, and when suitable, spearhead project initiatives within your assigned clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure service quality and promote continuous improvement.
• Confirm that all operations adhere to relevant banking regulations, audit requirements, and security standards, ensuring that all services comply with contractual obligations.
• A BA/BS degree with typically 6-8 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
