This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Generate service reports for both customers and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct periodic reviews with clients.
• Address escalations, issues, challenges, and requirements.
• Supervise invoicing and financial elements of assigned accounts.
• Execute monthly project cost and revenue forecasting, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with ISO20000 standards and best practices.
• Recognize and implement ongoing service improvement initiatives.
• Manage business risks and ensure continuity of operations.
• Meet targets and drive initiatives for improvement.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for new or additional services within existing client accounts.
• Over 8 years of experience in Service Delivery Management.
• Proficient in English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience in customer service and relationship management.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proven history of generating revenue opportunities.
• Ability to thrive in a process-oriented environment.
• Experience in financial forecasting on a monthly basis.
• Self-motivated individual capable of driving projects and escalating issues when necessary.
• Collaborative team member with a strong customer-focused mindset.
• ITIL v4 certified with robust skills in Service Design, Operations, and Transition.
