This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
β’ Take primary responsibility for managing customer accounts.
β’ Act as the primary liaison for IT outsourcing.
β’ Ensure service delivery is aligned with business objectives and customer strategies.
β’ Implement and enhance IT operational processes.
β’ Guarantee the stability, quality, and cost-effectiveness of customer agreements.
β’ Oversee Incidents, Problems, and Changes.
β’ Recognize opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (HF/FH) or completed IT apprenticeship with supplementary business/management training.
β’ Several years of experience in Service Management, ideally with an IT service provider.
β’ Proven experience in project management.
β’ Capability to translate IT services into tangible business impacts.
β’ Experience with budget planning and forecasting.
β’ Proficient in German (both written and spoken) and possess good English skills.
β’ Option for remote work.
β’ Up to 9 weeks of vacation.
