Service Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee and revise intercompany agreements, data protection documentation, and purchase orders

• Administer third-party contracts pertaining to software, hardware, managed print services, and monthly pass-through (PT+) items

• Analyze monthly invoice supporting data, confirm goods receipts, manage invoice redactions, and ensure correct tax processing

• Perform financial analyses and maintain monthly cash flow projections

• Oversee the Master Contract Tracker (MCT) for all contract renewals, billing amounts, and agreement specifics

• Acquire and verify vendor quotes; check usage, asset information, and year-over-year cost variations

• Evaluate monthly P&L reports and investigate discrepancies

• Hold weekly meetings with client counterparts (“2‑in‑the‑box”) and address inquiries within 24 hours

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in drafting, negotiating, and managing IT outsourcing contracts

• Strong commercial insight and the capability to independently resolve issues

• Proficiency in P&L, revenue forecasting, and fundamental accounting principles

• Knowledge of software licensing, maintenance agreements, and IT outsourcing terminology

• Exceptional written communication abilities

• Practical experience with MS Office, SharePoint, and basic Ariba functions

• Capability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate across departments, and communicate effectively with all management levels

• Strong organizational skills, dependability, and a proactive approach.
