Service Client Bilingue Français/Anglais

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Deliver first-level technical support for the installation, operation, and maintenance of products and applications.

• Respond to incoming customer inquiries with a focus on exceptional customer service.

• Foster and maintain strong customer relationships by providing tailored solutions.

• Collaborate with various departments within the company to manage requests effectively.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues utilizing established diagnostic tools and protocols.

• Escalate customer concerns as necessary.

• Precisely input data using designated applications.

• Commit to 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week, covering morning, afternoon, or night schedules.

• Support program operations that run from Monday to Sunday, 9 AM to midnight.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Availability for full-time work.

• Superior hardwired home internet connection; Wi-Fi is not acceptable.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.

• Proficient computer skills.

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written, is mandatory.

• Willingness to work morning, afternoon, or night shifts.

• Availability for at least one weekend day per week is required.

• Travel is not required.
