Client Services Liaison

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Act as a communication liaison among clients, unions, company offices, and shareholder groups.

• Discover strategies to minimize risk costs for clients through detailed analysis and evaluation of existing conditions and practices.

• Assess and measure the effectiveness of programs.

• Align client programs and services with company standards and offerings.

• Analyze loss report data and propose enhancements.

• Review conditions and practices, suggesting procedural improvements.

• Identify trends and recommend strategies for reducing risk costs for clients.

• Accompany client representatives to their sites to guide or train client management personnel.

• Spot opportunities to enhance the billing process.

• Promptly generate and send invoices to clients.

• Confirm the accuracy of invoices, ensuring correct pricing, quantities, and wording.

• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Contribute to the organization's quality programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.

• A minimum of four (4) years of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

• At least two (2) years of experience in workers' compensation claims is required.

• Experience in risk control is preferred.

• Familiarity with claims management processes and procedures.

• Understanding of risk control within the insurance industry.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present effectively.

• Proficient in PC usage, specifically Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong analytical and interpretive abilities.
