Client Service Analyst – PPM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist the Client Policy Manager with Periodic Updates, Prior Approvals, and New Policy initiatives.

• Create presentations for policy maintenance and New Policy, along with decision matrices and reports using Business Objects and Presentation Manager.

• Support the analysis, decision documentation, and formatting of presentation materials for client meetings.

• Develop presentations in response to client and internal ad hoc change requests.

• Record and finalize ad hoc decisions using the designated application.

• Generate Project Requests, attach relevant documents, and assign these to suitable Operations Team members.

• Produce reports to identify and close Project Requests following the monthly production release lockdown.

• Review, analyze, and respond to Policy and Operational inquiries by specified deadlines.

• Notify the client team when adjustments to completion dates are necessary due to complexity or the need for further research.

• Conduct comprehensive data and report analytics.

• Identify relevant Business Objects reports based on client inquiries.

• Analyze report outputs and deliver accurate client or policy information.

• Create, modify, and format Web Intelligence reports for ad hoc needs.

• Establish report parameters, construct reports, assess results, and summarize findings for the client team.

• Validate Project Release Validation Reports for the client team.

• Log client inquiries, report requests, and research requests in JIRA for tracking, routing, and completion.

• Manage entries in the Client Inquiry Log and provide reports to the client team.

• Investigate client queries and draft precise responses.

• Attend team, department, business unit, and corporate meetings.

• Fulfill annual performance review and goal-setting duties.

• Execute special projects and other assigned responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a healthcare-related field, or equivalent experience preferred.

• Less than 1 year of relevant experience is required.

• Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables, complex formulas, VLOOKUPs, and statistical functions.

• Experience in the US healthcare industry and claims analysis.

• Strong analytical skills with the capability to troubleshoot issues and identify root causes.

• Effective problem-solving abilities.

• Competence in handling confidential information appropriately.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
