Service Architect II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Acting as the champion for the global services and support division throughout the entire product life cycle.

• Developing and disseminating a strategic vision for products that are serviceable and supportable.

• Establishing the technical requirements necessary for product supportability and evaluating the product against these criteria.

• Promoting best practices for both customers and internal teams during the phases of product design, development, and implementation.

• Taking ownership of project launch preparedness, ensuring that all documentation, policies, and processes are established for successful delivery to customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 5 years of relevant experience along with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Have a comprehensive understanding of internet functionality, including networks and protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, and TLS/SSL.

• Exhibit a strong balance of both technical and strategic capabilities.

• Showcase outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information effectively to both technical and business audiences.
