This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Achieving your personal annual sales targets (contracts, individual assignments, modernizations).
• Managing and expanding the customer portfolio within service contracts.
• Preparing quotes and negotiating contract terms.
• Analyzing revenue, costs, and margins per client or contract – and making adjustments as necessary.
• Identifying commercial opportunities and market trends.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure an optimal customer experience.
• Reporting on progress, customer satisfaction, and sales results.
• Conducting regular customer visits: identifying needs and providing appropriate solutions.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in a commercial field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a sales role within a service-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills and persuasive abilities.
• Proactive attitude and customer-focused mindset.
• Experience with CRM systems and MS Office.
