This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and manage significant cases within PLF’s Separation of Powers practice group.
• Influence PLF's strategy by identifying and litigating new theories related to the separation of powers.
• Deliver speeches, engage with media, and publish opinion pieces and scholarly articles on leading-edge topics.
• Collaborate with a team of exceptional attorneys, utilizing skills, expertise, and enthusiasm.
• Stay at the forefront of Constitutional law in the United States.
• 3-6 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Deep understanding and enthusiasm for the principles of freedom and individual liberty.
• Strong commitment to work ethic.
• Availability to travel as needed.
• Experience in litigation.
• Completion of a clerkship or experience with a state or federal agency.
