This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Establishing, overseeing, and enhancing Google Ads campaigns for both clients and internal initiatives.
• Executing keyword research, competitor assessments, and audience targeting for SEA campaigns.
• Evaluating campaign performance, modifying bidding tactics, and optimizing ROAS.
• Developing and refining website content for SEO and GEO, which includes blog articles, landing pages, and metadata.
• Conducting on-page and technical SEO audits and implementing necessary enhancements.
• Monitoring and reporting on essential performance metrics such as rankings, traffic, conversions, and advertisement efficiency.
• Crafting and refining SEO and paid advertising strategies that align with client objectives and budgets.
• Working collaboratively with content and design teams to ensure that assets meet performance targets.
• Keeping abreast of updates to Google algorithms, changes in advertising platforms, and industry best practices.
• At least 2 years of experience in SEO and/or SEA (Google Ads), preferably in an agency setting.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max).
• Strong knowledge of on-page SEO, technical SEO, and keyword research methodologies.
• Experience in creating and optimizing SEO-focused content (blog articles, landing pages, website text).
• Familiarity with GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and the ability to tailor content strategies for AI-driven search is an advantage.
• Proficient in using tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
• Solid understanding of local SEO strategies, particularly for businesses based in Berlin or Germany.
• Analytical mindset with the capability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in German is a significant advantage.
• A portfolio or case studies showcasing campaign outcomes and SEO enhancements is required.
