SEO/SEA Manager – Full-time or Part-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop, execute, and continually enhance SEO strategies for eCommerce and lead-generation initiatives.

• Strategize, create, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display).

• Carry out keyword research and competitive analysis to formulate content and campaign strategies.

• Conduct technical SEO assessments and enhancements for websites and online shops (indexing, site structure, page speed, on-page optimization).

• Analyze and assess pertinent KPIs, preparing reports with actionable recommendations.

• Collaborate closely with performance marketing managers, designers, and developers.

• Offer strategic and operational guidance to our clients during regular coordination meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the SEO and SEA fields, preferably within an online or performance marketing agency.

• Comprehensive understanding of SEO (on-page, off-page, technical SEO) and Google Ads.

• Experience with eCommerce projects and lead-generation campaigns.

• Proficient use of relevant tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Sistrix, SEMrush, or similar tools.

• Strong analytical thinking, structured working methods, and a high-performance orientation.

• Independent, dependable, and solution-focused approach to work.

• Excellent proficiency in the German language, both spoken and written.
