This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Collaborate with SEON as a fundamental antifraud solution:
• Acquire an in-depth understanding of SEON's capabilities: signals, scoring, rules, device intelligence, and data enhancement.
• Participate in the design and advancement of antifraud solutions.
• Ensure proper integration and optimal utilization of SEON within the product.
• Analysis, Design, and Process Definition:
• Collect, organize, and document business and system requirements.
• Define and document comprehensive flows, including:
• onboarding / signup
• authentication / login
• payment and payout processes
• KYC / KYB / verification procedures
• sensitive user activities
• Deconstruct antifraud logic into:
• risk signals
• rules and scoring models
• decision flows
• manual review and case management procedures
• Quality Assurance and Testing:
• Validate antifraud logic and scenarios.
• Test SEON integrations (APIs, webhooks, data flows).
• Confirm:
• scoring accuracy
• rule execution
• management of edge cases
• Engage in regression and integration testing.
• Analyze and resolve defects within fraud-related processes.
• Product Ownership Contribution:
• Contribute to the antifraud and risk strategy.
• Balance risk management with user experience.
• Prioritize projects within the fraud/risk area.
• Collaborate with key metrics (fraud rate, false positives, approval rate).
• Work alongside cross-functional stakeholders (product, risk, compliance, engineering).
• Integrations and System Architecture:
• Define and manage integrations with:
• SEON
• KYC / AML providers
• payment systems
• other third-party services.
• Comprehend and engage with:
• API contracts
• event-driven architectures
• data flows.
• Analysis and Optimization:
• Identify vulnerabilities in fraud and risk processes.
• Suggest enhancements to decision-making logic.
• Optimize rules and scoring models.
• Minimize fraud risk while preserving conversion rates.
• Experience as a QA Engineer, Business Analyst, or Product Owner in the fintech, payments, iGaming, or fraud/risk sectors.
• Hands-on experience with SEON (or comparable antifraud solutions).
• Knowledge of:
• fraud prevention and risk scoring
• API integrations
• payment or onboarding business processes.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
