SEO/GEO Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Take charge of organic and AI search as a key revenue stream.

• Establish doola's authority in the category across Google and AI search platforms.

• Create a content strategy focused on conversions that aligns with specific product offerings.

• Identify and bridge authority gaps through digital PR efforts and reputable backlinks.

• Oversee external vendors and contractors for digital PR, link acquisition, content creation, and technical SEO initiatives.

• Direct technical SEO and on-page execution in collaboration with the engineering team.

• Work in tandem with paid media, CRO, and product teams to ensure alignment between organic and paid strategies.

• Provide weekly updates on leading indicators and monthly revenue contributions to the marketing team and leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4 to 7 years or more of experience in SEO, content strategy, or roles focused on organic growth.

• Proven track record of transforming organic from merely a 'traffic source' to a 'revenue channel.'

• Established experience in building and scaling SEO programs, encompassing technical SEO, on-page optimization, and backlink acquisition tactics.

• Strong familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms.

• Practical experience with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).

• Knowledge of AI search tracking tools like Otterly.AI, Peec AI, LLMrefs, or Profound.

• Experience with content management systems such as Webflow, WordPress, or their equivalents.

• Strong analytical abilities to connect organic growth metrics with revenue, conversions, and customer acquisition.

• Experience in keyword research, content planning, and strategies for conversion-focused landing pages.

• Capability to manage external agencies, freelancers, or contractors involved in SEO, content, or link-building projects.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
