This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will take charge of managing audits and retainers operationally while nurturing direct client relationships.
• You will collaborate closely with the leadership team, including Jan, Head of Tech and Design, and Eike, Co‑Founder and Head of Client, alongside our designers and developers.
• You will perform GEO/AEO audits for our clients, conducting visibility analyses using ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews, as well as competitor benchmarking, prompt universes, and technical SEO evaluations.
• You will formulate content and schema strategies tailored to each client and oversee technical implementation within the Webflow tech stack with our developers.
• You will manage monthly reporting and ongoing optimization efforts for the client portfolio.
• You will serve as the primary point of contact, leading strategy calls, status meetings, and quarterly reviews.
• You will pinpoint upsell opportunities.
• You will continuously enhance our systems (Foundation, Growth, Scale, plus modules).
• You will assist in expanding our internal playbook for GEO/SEO audits.
• You will identify new tools, methods, and market trends, critically assess them, and integrate them as suitable.
• A minimum of three to seven years of SEO experience, including at least one year in an agency or managing multiple clients concurrently.
• Familiarity with GEO/AEO.
• Experience with DACH keyword data; experience in the US market is an advantage.
• You have utilized AI-visibility tools (such as AthenaHQ, Peec AI, Profound, Otterly, or similar), or you are eager to deeply engage with them in the next three months.
• You have a solid understanding of how AI search differs from traditional Google search and know the varying leverage points.
• You excel in clear and proactive communication.
• Clients appreciate your ability to alleviate their workload rather than complicate it.
• You are methodical in your work, documenting thoroughly and adhering to deadlines.
• You can translate technical concepts for non-technical marketing or executive stakeholders.
• Initial familiarity with Webflow is preferred.
• Awareness of content briefing and editorial management is essential.
